FAQ: Corsi di formazione MySQL

A che ora iniziano/finiscono le lezioni?

Le lezioni iniziano puntualmente alle ore 9.00 e terminano alle 17.00, fatta eccezione per il Bootcamp MySQL, che inizia alle ore 7.30 e termina alle 19.30.

Come ci si iscrive?

Alla pagina http://www.mysql.com/training/schedule.php si trova un elenco completo dei corsi MySQL. È possibile iscriversi direttamente attraverso il nostro Negozio online, al quale si accede selezionando “Iscriviti". In caso di domande, oppure per parlare direttamente con un rappresentante MySQL, inviare una richiesta attraverso il link "Domande". Un rappresentante vi contatterà al più presto.

Come si pagano le lezioni?

È possibile pagare attraverso il Negozio online al momento dell’iscrizione, con carte di credito Mastercard, Visa o Amex.

Publicly Scheduled Instructor-Led Training Events

• If you cancel or reschedule your registration 7 or more calendar days before the scheduled start date of the class, there will be no charge assessed
• If you reschedule your registration 1-6 calendar days prior to the class start date, MySQL will assess 50% of the class fee
• If you cancel your registration 1-6 calendar days prior to the class start date, MySQL will assess 50% of the class fee
• If you do not show up for the event, or cancel on the day of the event, MySQL will assess 100% of the class fee

Private/Onsite Training Events

• If you cancel or reschedule your registration 14 or more calendar days before the scheduled start date of the class, there will be no charge assessed
• If you reschedule your registration 1-13 calendar days prior to the class start date, MySQL will assess 50% of the class fee
• If you cancel your registration 1-13 calendar days prior to the class start date, MySQL will assess 50% of the class fee
• If you do not show up for the event, or cancel on the day of the event, MySQL will assess 100% of the class fee

Dove si possono utilizzare i Crediti formativi?

I Crediti formativi possono essere utilizzati solo nelle Regioni in cui sono stati acquistati. Le Regioni sono:

• Stati Uniti
• Canada
• NEUR (Europa settentrionale): Regno Unito, Irlanda, Svezia, Norvegia, Finlandia, Danimarca, Belgio, Lussemburgo, Olanda
• CEUR (Europa centrale): Germania, Austria, Svizzera
• SEUR (Europa meridionale): Francia, Spagna, Portogallo, Italia
• Giappone
• India
• Cina/Hong Kong /Singapore
• Corea

I Crediti formativi hanno una data di scadenza?

Sì, i crediti scadono 12 mesi dopo la data d’acquisto. I fondi non utilizzati non sono rimborsabili e non è possibile estenderne la validità oltre la data di scadenza.

In che lingua si tengono i corsi?

Se non diversamente specificato, tutti i corsi si tengono in lingua inglese, fatta eccezione per i corsi tenuti nei seguenti Paesi:

• Italia: tutti i corsi sono tenuti in italiano
• Svizzera: tutti i corsi sono tenuti in francese (Svizzera occidentale) o tedesco (Svizzera orientale)
