Cybozu, Which Has Adopted MySQL, Has Partnered with MySQL AB in Promotional Activities.

Tokyo - Cybozu Inc. today formally announced the formation of a partnership with MySQL AB, maker of the open-source MySQL database, in its promotional activities. Cybozu Inc. has finalized a license agreement with MySQL AB to apply for "MySQL" which has stability at high speed and is widely used around the world, in order to develop its products. Cybozu and MySQL AB have agreed to cooperate in promotional activities to expand their share in each market.

"MySQL" is an open-source relational database (RDB) and is widely used around the world. Because "MySQL" has stability at high speed, and compatibility with web technology, it is acknowledged as an effective backend system. "MySQL" is easy to adopt because it is an open-source and operates in various platforms such as Linux and Windows. With the implementation of the "MySQL" database, Cybozu aims to supply more convenient products to the market.
